Where do you get your reviews from?

Where do you get your video game reviews from?

No bitching and moaning about how unfair one site is or another, just opinion.

I use 1UP. I find most of their reviews are on-par with my opinions, so most of the games they like I like.

I get reviews from many places but the first place I go is ONM (official nintendo magazine) and then go to other sites to check the review is on par with other places.

I don't really read reviews. The opinion of someone who is paid to give opinions is of no interest to me whatsoever and user-submitted ones are very rarely objective. If a game piques my curiosity I watch some gameplay videos on Youtube then decide whether it's worth trying out or not.

I read the reviews but don't listen to them most of the time as they all can become fanbait failure regardless of which region they cover.

He is hilarious! I do watch him, but his decisions don't affect me buying games. He hates most games xD

I usually use IGN for initial impressions, as they match my opinion in most cases. However, there are a few genres they seem biased against, so I go to other sites for those, or two get a second opinion on a game I want to buy.

Usually, I use Gamespot. Mostly it's because IGN loads slow. I don't just look at the reviewer's opinions though, I look at the user score as well.

I find negative reviews to be the best kind of reviews (that goes for anything, not just games) so when I'm looking through reviews, I always usually click the least scored ones. Yes, I love Yahtzee.
