Where do we discuss PlayStation TV related things?

In the PS Vita forums or other systems? I'm stumped.
And yea I'm asking in off topic because I'm.. just really bad with forums. I figured this CAN'T be the wrong place to ask.

I would wager the Vita forums, since the PSTV is basically a card-sized Vita that plugs into the TV.
