He would have to message the seller first to ask when they bought it. If it was purchased after June 2018 then it's probably patched, even if it's not the extended battery life revision.See original Switch's all the time on FB marketplace dirt cheap, almost like the owners have no idea they're hackable.
You could try searching the Facebook Marketplace for brand new pre-modded OLED Switches. Last time I checked, they were pretty easy to find. I should have gone down that path myself. Christmas is coming up so you'll probably get some money to spend. It's not like sellers on Aukro or eBay list the S/N in their post.
I would preferably purchase a new, unopened low-S/N switch without much of a markup from MSRP.
Can someone give links?
Sure they will not have a problem doing that.He would have to message the seller first to ask when they bought it. If it was purchased after June 2018 then it's probably patched, even if it's not the extended battery life revision.
eBay is always the best option to find unpatched Switches.I went on eBay, searched for 'unbanned/unpatched Nintendo switch' and found a ton of listings. I found one with good ratings and went ahead and purchased it. It worked for me and now I've got a hacked switch. Of course, discretion is advised-- but it seems pretty fool-proof to me.
The only cheap one on eBay from Europe isn't BIN so I can get easily outbidded, and the BIN ones require you to pay a premium.I went on eBay, searched for 'unbanned/unpatched Nintendo switch' and found a ton of listings. I would say that's a rip off, but you do need to understand that ebay takes 15%, and the shipping, if free, is another expense. these people aren't necessarily trying to rip you off, but that's generally the reason prices are so high. I'd suggest using facebook marketplace. The only cheap one on eBay from Europe isn't BIN so I can get easily outbidded, and the BIN ones require you to pay a premium.
This one from Cyprus is $700.
And I won't bother with anything outside of Europe, because then I have to pay customs and I want nothing to do with customs or anything like that.

Wow, I can print money! Thank you, I never realized! I might as well just buy the RTX4090, a whole crate of them! Why live in this house? Let's purchase an entire mansion with 100 rooms and 20 different pools and whirlpools! That's how easy that is, right?don't know what to tell you then. the price of those things keeps going up, so you may need to overlook the price and just buy.
I was just trying to help. as you may or may not know, if someone pisses me off, like you just did, I put them on my ignore list, never to get help again. you definitely have sort of attitude problem. just buy the fucking games, dude.Wow, I can print money! My family has to financially recover from me buying a Steam Deck as the ONLY christmas gift. There's no way I can just come to my parents and say "hey, I want this low serial console, it costs $500" without getting a 2 hour long lecture about the value of money.
I do not want it in a box. I don't care if I get any peripherals with it or just the tablet. But there aren't many options. Why the hell do you want it in a box?
I see ton of options on ebay. I don't get how you search at all.I do not want it in a box. I don't care if I get any peripherals with it or just the tablet. But there aren't many options.
I apologize for being this arrogant but you just have to understand how painful is this for me, ESPECIALLY with switch emulators refusing to work on AMD GPUs.I was just trying to help. as you may or may not know, if someone pisses me off, like you just did, I put them on my ignore list, never to get help again. you definitely have sort of attitude problem. just buy the fucking games, dude.
As I said already, the seller NEEDS to be from europe as I want nothing to do with customs.I see ton of options on ebay. I don't get how you search at all.
Literally there's loads of Switches. If you can't find one that has "unpatched" in it, check to see if the Switch in question has a lower serial number judging by the images of the listing.I see ton of options on ebay. I don't get how you search at all.
They're from Germany a ton of them....I apologize for being this arrogant but you just have to understand how painful is this for me, ESPECIALLY with switch emulators refusing to work on AMD GPUs.
