I am backing up my retail game carts and the saves.

However, the .sav are coming out as 4 digits usually all letters.

They are all 512 KB so they should be fine.

But I need to know the title id's of the games so I can replace AAAA.sav with 00000000000000.sav for example.

How can I find out the title id's?

The games in question are:

Ocarina of Time
Super Smash Bros
Fire Emblem Awakening
Link Between Worlds

yeah, the above site has all the title ids of 'scene' released games. if you are looking for things that have not been dumped by the scene - sorry, you will have to work it out manually with your 3ds, or with an application on your computer to read the title id on the rom.

Okay, no problem, on a side note, did I dump ocarina of time correctly? The size is only 0.5 GB, but that website says that it is around 4 GB?

I am playing it right now and it plays fine

If you search for a game on advanscene, the titleid is listed on its page. If you need to search by titleid, you should try the wayback/archive links. They haven't been working on my browser, though. Sorry I can't help more.
I need to search via title IDs as I used Funky CIA to create CIAs of my purchased content but it puts everything in Title ID form so I don't know what's what.

Thanks @CrazySpaniard that will help for everything before March 3rd 2015 but it won't help for anything after. I wish 3ds.essh.co would get their act together.

If you use EvoCRC renamer from Advanscene.com you can set the naming flag %N in settings/naming/custom display in ROMlist to see all titleid's and then enter the id you want in filter/string in ROMlist window

I hate to be rude like this but did you even do a google search? The very first site that appears when searching "3ds title id" is http://www.3dsdb.com/ which does contain all the information you requested.

OOOOPS didn't realize this was a grave digging. RIP.
