Where can I buy a Dingoo A320?

So, does anybody know where I can buy a Dingoo A320 with payment by Google Checkout and shipping to Latvia?
By the way, I'd love to order from ShopTemp, but they don't accept GCheckout, sadly. I think it'd be great if they would.

why do you need google checkout so much?
paypal does it all, i think...
if you cant, find someone who can paypal ?
on shoptemp they even have bank transfer...

I know that Paypal won't do business with people from certain certain countries. That may be why paypal is not an option for a Latvian.
