With the new system out. So how is it going to be this time?

I got another 4 tb or so to fill before my drive is full dont wanna buy new ones lol

I feel like it's got most of the Switch 2's life to go, and there will always be Switch 1 games coming, with Switch 2 enhanced patches. The fact that they ret-conned the game sharing thing to Switch 1, along with the fact that you can play some Switch 2 games multiplayer with Switch 1 hardware, that alone cements the Switch 1 as a validated system for the foreseeable future of the switch 2's lifetime.

It just died today Metroid Prime 4 was it's swan song, I'm playing it right now great way to go out.

Well that depends on if you've experienced the library yet or not. As far as new games forget it but there's been lots of games for the last 8 years. I only play exclusives on it though because I have a Gaming PC.

Yeah... well...
I was glad it got the Trails in The Sky FC remake (even though I played it on Switch 2), but I don't think it will get any other big release after Metroid Prime 4, ever, if that's what you mean... new releases have been slowly fading and I think that's been it, its time has come.

Sure there's a lot to play though.

I'm surprised they even bothered to make a Switch 1 version tbh.

We'll still get a steady release of JRPG games over on PlayAsia tho.

How has the switch been dead for years exactly? Ninty haters gonna hate i guess.
“Ninty hater,” lol
The Switch died when Nintendo turned into a corporate fleshgait. At this point, Nintendo is just parading the corpses of products people used to love and people are too consumer brained to realize it

Well, the Wii is still making happy many gamers out there, so...

You should clarify your intentions with that questioning.

There won't be a day where it suddenly dies but it will slowly fade into obscurity over time. The day the last Switch game gets released will be key date but some people will continue to play it for years afterwards.

It's not dead yet for me, I just got my first Switch Lite this summer, hacked it and I've been playing the snot out of it!
Hades has been my go-to for the last few months now, I just can't put that game down! Makes me want to go back and try playing Supergiant's old game Bastion on my Vita.
