when will pokemon black 2 rom be made

i want to know if any you know when will they dumped the rom for pokemon black 2 and white 2 it out in japan and i have r4 ds i want to play pokemon white 2 so bad. So if any you know when will they make the rom let me know please thanks and i am new to this forum or something
