Every time I install heremes cios I get to where it says install as 36 or 36 merged with 37 and so on. I click anyone and the Wii freezes. Please help me I need it to block IOS reloads!!!!!

There's only one game that is fixed right now anyway. So stop freaking out so much.
But anyway, my suggestion is to try doing it on a fresh SD card. Fragmented files might contribute to problems installing a cIOS.
Also, the installer needs an internet connection, but probably won't work if you use the wired lan adapter, so if you're using that, try to find an offline installer version (I know one exists here on GBAtemp somewhere).
