Hardware When i try to open a ds game it freezes

Title says it all have boot9strap installed.
When i start a dsi game it freezes on the nintendo 3ds screen.
Well not really froozes cuz the logo does move but isnt doing anything.

I have the same problem and also have tried that troubleshootin, sadly it just didn't work ！
please tell me any other solution？

I need some more info about your problem. You said when you start a "DSi" game... but any game that has "NTR" or "TWL" on the front of it doesn't show the "3DS" screen when launching it...
