3 Consoles, one never modded or homebrewed with legit nnid.. 2 with cfw and homebrew no nnid.. None banned..

Goat (old3DS) went for 4 years before getting banned (banned on purpose might I add.)
Scarlet (new3DS) has been running strong for nearly a year now, without a ban

From March 2016 to July 9 2017, my first N3DS XL, it has since been unbanned, 28 day bans keep hitting me, not permanent ones.

I got console banned from the SuMo wave, which was 11 months after setting up custom firmware. I'm now totally unbanned using a private seed and CTCert.

Never seen a ban (unless you count Badge Arcade) and I've installed CFW on dozens and dozens of consoles.

I need to update two of them though, they are still running menuhax because the owners haven't brought them back to me yet

Bought OldXL on 2016-7-22, got it banned for the pokemon moon prerelease, unbanned it 10 minutes later - half of which were finding a charger for my N3DS so that I could boot GM9 and dump the console identity

On both of those consoles (well now they count as one, innit?) I have then cheated online in such titles as "Nintendo eShop", "NNID Settings", "Miiverse" etc, I have analytics enabled and still not banned

I've been modding consoles since 3.55 on the ps3 was broken, modified 8 or 9 psps, kept 3 of them, all these other systems, like 4 different 3ds models, a vita.... I've never ever been banned.

1st one: Original 3DS (my brother's), modded in late Aug 2016, until my big brother gave away his 3DS to my niece and nephew in Philippines during holiday (Feb - Mar 2017).

2nd one: Original 3DS, modded in Dec 2016, bricked in May.

3rd one: New 3DS XL (current, my main 3DS), modded in early Jan - never got banned.

4th one: New 3DS (my brother's, current), modded in Jan - never got banned too.
