Since there's like 15 devices connected to my network, my speed fluctuates a lot. Here's one test:

...and here's another test taken 1 minute later:

My download speeds usually range from 5 to 50 Mb/s depending on who's home.

What the actual fuck?

Explain yourself.
It's a photoshop:
a) The picture is from 2010
b) Grade is A-
c) Faster than 83% of US

All those joined together give a pretty unstable photoshop (not mentioning that the upload could clearly be higher with such a DL speed.
Oh, and there's D too:

d) One of the 4's is on top of the other.

It's not a photoshop, the image is hosted on the actual SpeedTest servers.
I'm assuming it's an old test from one of the server hosts.

But seriously given the date with that speed and you're still only faster than 83% of the given place (USA is it?). Just doesn't seem right to me..

Speedtest.net updates their image files on their website every once in a while. All this is saying is that as of today, 83% of the results taken from the US are slower than this.

I just did the test again...

Yeah, my speed fluctuates waay too much.
(BTW, I can't imagine living with a speed slower than this. At this speed, it's already painfully slow IMO)

Trolo. Sorry, this thread was already made before. :P Oh well, mine's dying anyways :P

My buddy can imagine. He torrents stuff and stays on IRC all the time with this connection. Comcast rep didn't even know they offered speeds this low:
