I'm getting a dstwo in the mail soon, and I haven't found a site that shows a list of snes/gba roms and their compatibility.

If anybody knows of a site, or is willing to try themselves to let me know whats up, it'd be great.

Basically I would be playing:

SNES
Super Adventure Island
Super Adventure Island 2 (

What about the Mother/Earthbound games.

(I don't exactly know what consoles those are on but I wanted to try them, but I just didn't list them).

Earthbound works well, at least from what I've played. You may get some slight slowdown in fights though, nothing too noticeable though.

Earthbound (SNES) and Mother 3 (GBA) run great.

If I still had my DS, I'd be glad to test them, but you may just have to wait and see.

Also keep in mind that SNES emulation is about to get MUCH better once the next CATSFC version is released due to auto speedhack (no snesadvance.dat needed, similar to SnemulDS) support. The next version is due out "soon" as she managed to get speedhacks working.

Awesome. So can somebody please tell me about Super Adventure Island 2 as that's the one I've been DYING to play.
Gimme a sec, I'll have the results up in a few.

EDIT: It runs surprisingly well. Just make sure you get CATSFC.

Thanks a lot. I don't know any of the stuff you guys are talking about like the CATSFC thing, but I assume once I have the card in my hands I'll catch on.

I tried metroid fusion on the dstwo emulator. it worked fine and theres no problems, but its not as smooth as playing the real thing. I have a brand new copy of metroid fusion I found in the bargain bin at gamestop for $6, and it plays much better, more fluid and smooth. I guess it's something you would only notice on these platformer type games like Super Mario Advance series and Metroid Fusion / Zero Mission.

Earthbound works great in CATSFC. A little slow, but nothing intolerable. The screen is ever so slightly jumpy. Layering is perfect though, a hell of a lot better than it was in SNEmuldS. Mother 3 also runs well in NDSGBA, but same thing as CATSFC, a little bit jumpy screen wise. Runs perfect if you have a slot2 expansion (3in1 is good).
