Hacking What's the chance of these systems having the right firmware?

Hey, I've got 4 Blue/Black North American 3DS XL Systems with these serial numbers:

System #1: SW107283696
System #2: SW138804594
System #3: SW134388975
System #4: SW135110216

Is there any chance any of them have the 4.1 to 4.5 firmware? I'm sorry, I'm kinda new to this. The 3DS are still in their original packaging so I can't check the systems.

He also got a 4.2 and his serial starts with SW1075, yours starts with SW1072, so I say you get it while you can =)

No it's not, if the 3DS is brand new package not opened, the SW10 will be 100% below or equal to 4.5 and the 3 other ones 100% higher than 4.5.

#1 should be good, the others are unsafe.

No way is it a 100%, I mean it might be close but how would you even be certain there would be a 3DS inside the package, there is room for error at the assembly line. 99,999999999999% or something but not higher than that.
