If I get one - which is looking likely as long as my PSP sells - I'll mess around with the settings, possibly play either Street Fighter or Pokémon White, then brag about it non-stop at school.
I've put up with two years of being bragged to by people that click their fingers and get everything they want.
Now I'm finally getting something near-launch they're not going to hear the end of it.

Sounds like we have the same idea, but I'd wait a day or 2 to get higher prices. But for the opened one, probably use the AR cards or take a picture of something.

This is my day on the 27th:
7:00 am: go to gamestop and wait in line

9:00 am: get the system and hold it tightly

10:00 am: get home, wash hands, open box and remove all that isnt 3ds, wash hands again, remove 3ds

11:00 am: set it up to perfection with my wifi connector, make mii, make settings perfect

11:30 am: play around with onboard software

12:00 pm: play Street Fighter until 9:00 pm

Next day: bring to school and convince lots of people to buy a 3ds, show it off, and play Street fighter like a champ.

1. I'll get it when the stores are open.
2. I go home.
3. Put it on the charger and read all booklet's.
4. Then put it on even when it's not fully charged.
5. Play the whole day.(I don't have a 3d game on day 1 but I'll play Pokémon Heart Gold and Pokémon Soul Silver and all the pre-installed stuff.)

I'll likely do the same thing i did as when i got my NDS. play it without charging it. xD it lasted a surprising 15 minutes with absolutely no charge. now the battery is so old, I'm lucky it lasts 15 minutes in general xD
as for the first thing i'd do on it, would be to mess with the firmware, thats what i always do when i get a new console. check out whats built into it and what its capable of without any games.

I think i'll probably just play around with the built in software. Doubt i'll be able to afford a game till pay day a week later. I've got my 64 to keep me entertained till then so I don't really mind.
