Gaming what the h-ll is "the scene" i keep reading about in Brawl t

my first guess was that it was a release group, but i checked the release groups of all the wii games on the GBAtemp first page, and none of them is called "the scene", so i'm guessing it's not a release group.

edit: the full topic title did not show all. it's supposed to be "what the h-ll is "the scene" i keep reading about in Brawl topics, it's really bugging me"
