if you dont mind Injects then you can do SNES/NES/GB/GBC/GBA that way theres gameYob3DS/GameYobDS(DS vers thru TwiLightMenu++) theres a few othersthat have standalone/non RetroArch cores,

yes but if your referring to that as in "With an O3DS" in context , thats more an "CIA-Inject" version of Snes9X for O3DS + the rom, rather than the official SNES VC emulator. if in conext is it an N3DS family System (N2DS/N3DS N3DSXL/N2DSXL) then yes you can using the official SNES VC Emulator.
