I tried SVDT and it keeps crashing and my Powersaves stopped working, anything I can do?

No. If it's at all relevant, I do have RXTools

9.2 and its on my old 3ds because its the only one with homebrew. I boot it through homebrew

Yeah go to the TitleDB section of FBI and scroll until you see JKSM

Maybe try "Refresh Games" in the JKSM main menu.

It may be trying to pull your save from the wrong place.

So you can load your save from your cart fine, but you can't dump its save?

Maybe it has to do with your outdated CFW. Are you running RX through menuhax? Did you install FBI to your emunand?

Sorry I can't be of much help. I don't know why it's not working, but RX tools is really out of date.
