no i mean when do like the DSHobro program, what program at the computer do they use??

You mean how does one develope homebrew (what app is used, like cubin' suggest you meant)? Well the most commonly used code processing app is devkitPro. It has NDS libraries in it which makes it a lot easier

. That together with PAlib (which some coders dislike, but others prefer) makes it even easier to code for the DS. But that isn't a full answer to your question but from there it should be relativly easy.

Now go out there and make some homebrew! Can you develop VoIP and Ad Hoc for homebrew thx. (It may sound ridiculous, but I'm still crossing my fingers)
