err... the cyclods is simple, easy, and has an user-friendly interface.
AFAIK you've got codes for cloning etc.

only downside is that the cyclods is the most expensive flashcard, but it's totally worth the money

Since you are talking about cheats and game compatibility i would recommend ak2
ak2 is cheap and using AKAIO is the no brainer combo
furthermore, i would say AKAIO got the best CHEAT ENGINE of all flash card

I myself use an M3 Real for many reasons *cough* sakura *cough*. Though it is a medium priced flashcart. Since you said cheap I would recommend the AK2 its one of the best among M3 and Cyclo and is cheap. Though if you just want a dirt cheap flash cart then go for an EDGE or DSTT/TTDS (Seriously what is with that damn name) which are what I consider flashcarts for the casual gamer. What ever you do, do not get an R4 Gold, R4 Upgrade or whatever R4 clone it is. I repeat don't ever and I mean ever get an R4 clone.

They are AR codes which Narin has compiled into a cheat.dat which is usually placed in the SYSTEM folder for most flashcarts. The cheats are included with the latest firmwares, though it's always good to head on over to the NEW cheat database thread maintained by Narin

, to get the latest in cheating updates.

22123456 12345678 or something like now what they meant by code compability is something like this

Yeah just drag and drop which ever file it is (Usually cheat.dat) in to the flashcarts certain folder (Usually SYSTEM -> cheats) then you're done
