The problem is R4i Gold does not equal a R4i Gold card from www.r4ids.cn or www.r4idsn.com it equal any flash cart that has R4i Gold on it.

There are many people out there who do not know that there are many carts calling themselves R4i Gold in the same way that there are many carts out there calling themselves R4i SDHC.

If you mean the R4i Gold from www.r4ids.cn then it is far clearer to everyone who reads your post if you put the web address and that way no one can be mistaken about the cart you are on about.

Yeah whatever. Put it in your DS and play. Its the best working flash card right now.

It's not really difficult. Buy it for 7 Euros and put into your DS. Done.

Try backing up your data and formatting your SDHC card and then download the latest kernel and unpack it onto the hard drive of your computer and then drag the folders onto your SDHC card and then the files of the kernel one by one and see if you can get the kernel working first.

. I put all the folders in the root of the sdhc card and then I put Beup Live 0.4.nds and Beup folder in the root aswell and now it works great. I almost ended up buying a new card.

Hi, I have another question, a couple days ago I posted about me being too dumb to not update my DSi firmware, now I've got a DS lite without the firmware update that runs my R4i card and which I can use to upgrade and patch the kernel on my R4i card.

the problem is I feel like I've tried pretty much everything and I still can't upgrade it, so my question is how do I know if my R4i card is able to be patched and supported by the newest DSi firmware? I am starting to feel like my R4i card is too old for it to be upgraded and I got the hint from this guide too: http://www.digimartz.net/blog/r4/r4i-sdhc-...nstruction.html

it is the last screen the one my card shows and I have no idea how to fix this, I've tried downloading and using all of these kernels downloaded from different sources (the R4i SDHC site and r4town.com), the kernels I've tried are: R4i V1.43b English, R4i V1.44b English, R4 V1.44b English, and R4i V1.11c. and none of these seem to work.

I am really frustrated right now and I feel like giving up, should I buy a newer R4i card instead? or maybe a different type of card? or is my current R4i card good and what kernel can I use? please help me :C
