I'd say yes if you have time, but everyone is going to have different opinions. If you like 100% boot rate, ~7 seconds boot time, brick protection without hardmod, getting rid of emuNAND, then A9LH is for you!

I made the jump to arm9lh a while back after I realized how bad the boot rate for cfw+emunand was. The only reliable cfw for me at the time was rxtools and it required internet access everytime. Now I have arm9lh which will always boot into cfw quickly and without the need to have emunand and it's great

You need to update your sysnand to 9.0-9.2 then.
Just follow this tutorial.
