Yep, nothing has popped up with "This software is currently unavailable." for me.

Are you eshop spoofing with the last number on your firmware lower than -20?

An outdated eshop title can cause weird issues like that. It's normal for me.

No. I just updated from 9.9 yesterday and the eShop was like this!
EDIT: Updated 3DS and the eShop is working. Still not working on 2DS tho
