what happens if I format the sd?

If you have that unallocated 29GB NAND then format the rest of the card as FAT32 as @linuxares said.

yes there was, 29 gb but I could not use it or navigate, I tried to assign a letter, I could not, I tried to enter from the switch could not because the partition that if I could use was exfat32 (would not let me format it in fat32) and to format it to fat32 had to format the entire sd so there is nothing
I'm using the only program out of tons that I tried that can recover deleted files but nah, it's crap, I lost everything.

Use Hekate to prepare the sd card. It will use all needed formats.
