^As the title say.
well, iirc it will just claim it is messed up and replaces it because each system has its own "key" that it uses for its files.
So as far as I know it will not do anything except waste time...
I dont want to unlink my nand but i want theme on my emunand
It seems i have to let the default theme....
How about using menuhax manager install to install a theme? Just copy the files into the menuhax manager folder I believe and install it through the app?
Already tried. It install the theme but remove ThemeHax
That's strange I thought that option was specially meant to get a theme working with menuhax<.<
Well, that's different. If you have not unlinked nands then you will have to use the same Theme. Especially if you use menuhax to load emunand. If you are on N3ds I have just the guide for you.
The relevant information can be found in that tutorial.

What happens is that it uses the same info for both SysNAND and EmuNAND. This can also cause a boot loop if you are not careful.
Best way to do it is have where you don't even go to SysNAND at all. Autoboot right into EmuNAND and then set a different theme in EmuNAND.
