Hacking What do you want from a 3DS hack/flashcart.

Removing region-lock so that I may play Japanese 3DS games. I don't want to have to purchase a Japan unit just to play their games. :

Access to 3DS hardware for better emulation. Shoot, all we need is a bit more juice and some screen real estate and most emulators that run on the DS could do very well on a 3DS. Piracy is an inevitability so I'm not even going to mention it as a "want".

ok here is a really far fetched one, a triforce emulator, i dont think its possible though since i think triforce is gc based , though i only want it for 1 game so maybe a port? or namco mario kart arcade, i can not find a rom of that thing anywhere though ,i have never played it, and i dont even think they have it here in the states anywhere ,i remember hearing about it in japan ,im sure there is one somewhere here but im sure its really rare ,i dont have like 26k or room for a sit down arcade machine or 2 for 2 player, i have always wanted to play this thing since i heard about it
i dont even know if there is pc emulator or maybe read you can use dolphin ,the 3ds camera an even be used for it too, maybe nintendo would port it but highly doubtfull, even if some talented dev could pull it off for that 1 game it would be worth it, though come to think of it i dont think there are too many that run on that chipset ,maybe like 1 or 2 others, anyone know ?
