Nothing. I don't like to have dinner, so I skip it. I recently read here What to Eat When You Don’t Feel Like Eating here https://betterme.world/articles/what-to-eat-when-you-dont-feel-like-eating/. And I realized that it is because I don't have enough energy. Now, thanks to this article, I am trying to restore my previous state.

My breakfast:

A Frito and Swiss omelet. Farkin' awesome! Do not write this one off. And the fritos I use are the store brand, which only have three ingredients: corn meal, oil and salt. Good stuff!
