Gaming What Brightness Do YOU Play On?

I play on four most of the time, when my DSi starts dying I'll put it on two.

usually play 2. when I'm on bed at night and no lights use 1, and rarely when I'm in outside use 4.

A safety tip for your eyes:

the lower light on the room, use the lower brightness,
on indoors, 2 or 3
on sunny places, use the higher

I used glasses since 4 years old, so I take care of my eyes

(...my whole life with glasses, not great at all when you play football, basketball or swim)

I always have my DS on the lowest light setting. I don't care if it doesn't look as vibrant as it could, I just like to play for a long time.

Meh, it really depends on my mood. 3 or 4. Never below, because it bothers me.

I always play on the lowest, but when I'm in a bright place (like a car in the daytime), I have to raise it.

I play on 3 and good god I would've expected the majority did as well but such is not the case. Of course when dark enough I put it to 2 because 3 is too bright for my eyes in the pitch black. Might have to cut it down to 2 and get used to it. Not like I'll be using it for very long since the 3DS is right around the corner, even if next year at the latest it'll be out before I know it.

5 all the time...if the battery gets low I just plug it in; the plug's only about 2 foot from my bed so it doesn't really matter.

This. I only play my DSi at home or at the college and i always have a wall socket near me. And the battery charger is always on my backpack, of course.

I own a DS Lite.

I mostly play on the lowest light setting.
In really bright places, third or fourth setting.

i have a DSi and i use the secound brightest (so 4) but at night i use the lowest (1)

I haz a DSI XL and I play on all brightness levels. (depends on time of the day of course!)

Morning: level 1
After 12 pm: levels 2 till 5 (5 only if the sun shines bright on my dsi)
after bed time: LEVEL 1

Seriously, this is a kinda silly topic though.. If I've got it hooked up to the charger, then I probably play on the maximum brightness that it allows. If I'm travelling, or dont have a charger, I use 1 or 2.

Ah also, I have an old blue PHAT DS, so taking it outside in the sun is out of the question. Not that I would want to anyway @__@ *ashamed of owning a phat*

Usually 2 on a DS Lite, and usually 3 on a DSi, sometimes 2.

Don't use my DS Phat now as it not in full working order and hasn't been for a long time (screen issues, mostly top), but I used to use maximum brightness on that.
