Gaming What Brightness Do YOU Play On?

I'm wondering what brightness people play on.
So, I made this thread. 8D

I personally play on brightness 1 because it wastes the least amount of power.
I also think my DS battery is dying. ; AA ;

I usually play on 5 (DSi), but if I'm in bed at night I play on about 3.

i play on the brightest ds lite setting.... not sure if thats 3 or 4.

but in bed i play on the lowest

when i wanna play for a long time, lowest.
when i feel i need more light,

I play with one, so I consume less battery and don't have to squint too much. DD

2 to conserve batteries.

1 is too low, I can't see things well enough.

Most times one is all I need. Especially in a dark room.

Two-Max on rare occasions.

Always Max when outside.

Usually 2 or 3.

Mostly 3 if i`ve got a charger nearby, it can be a car charger, AC charger, even USB ones.

3 it`s perfect as there`s games which require you see things clear, like Trauma Center 2 or Tales Of Innocence.

1 if i want to save battery life, mixed with taiko gameplay (you need to see if drum charts are orange or blue only, though) :3

I use 1 in dark rooms, 5 when I'm outside and 2 for when I'm travelling (so that I can still see it with out squinting and so that it doesn't make my battery run out too quick).

It's been a couple years now, but I'm fairly certain that this is the one I got.

Just checking. I've seen Chinese batteries that leak out of the system. It's quite a fright.

Couldn't resist the temptation to mess with ya.

I had absolutely no trouble out of the one I got.
For a while it seemed to hold a better charge than a brand new NDSlite battery from Nintendo.
(that lasted for a few weeks)

But now I've totally derailed this topic.

I usually play using the highest brightness because I want to appreciate the game contrast more. Of course, I turn this down when I'm in bed and it's darker.
