Gaming What are the latest and best Emulators for PSP? MAME and SNES mainly

Genesis and Commodore 64 I don't need, the ones I have work 100% so that's fine
CPS1 I got from filetrip here also seems to run everything at 100%, but what about MAME and SNES? What's the best and latest MAME, how does it run games? What ROMs are good, I know MAME's tend to have trouble with ROMs if you don't get just the right version of ROMs for em.

but while there isn't a decent mame emulator you can get a decent CPS2/neo geo and also a FBA emulator which should cover many of the classic arcade games

CPS1, CPS2 and Neo Geo games (CPS1PSP,CPS2PSP and MVSPCP) are all great. FBA got abandoned before it got great....i'd read that there were some decent Cave Shmups playable with it but what games are you playing that only FBA can render functional? CPS3 was never de-kinked....

never got them Neo-Geo games to work on that one, but I got a DS so I dont care much

FBA is still awesome for arcade classics tho

as a shumup fan the FBA emulator is great for:

dodonpachi
esprade
guwange

there's quite a few roms FBA doesn't seem to work with yet however

I couldn't get FBA to run anything remotely well. Ninja Turtles 2 was slow, I think most anything else flat out didn't load like X-Men COTA.

SNES9x is great if you're not planning on adding Starfox. I've played stuff like SM RPG and Secret of Mana on it and they worked really well (not so much the latter in some areas with fog)
