As of late is highly likely that when downloading this tool the only thing you will receive is an error message related to some Failed Update Check.

Here is what you need to do, go to the following folder path:

"Wexos's Toolbox\Lib\Documents\Update.wbec"

Open this "Update.wbec" using a text editor, delete everything on it, save the file and reopen the app, that´s it.

I'm just dropping by to confirm this indeed worked for me. I am using the latest version Wexos' Toolbox, which is 1.0.2.7 and if anyone stumbles upon this in the future and needs it, it can be found here in forums at:
