Yes but custom servers like
Altwfc and wiimmfi have been created to remedy this issue

I had tried Connectify but he told me that my PC could not create wep or open hotspot :/. I will see if I can create a new connection with my internet box but I do not think :/. If I get there I will use my connection to use alternative servers and homebrew requiring internet. Thank you for all your answers . I keep searching

I found an old D-Link DIR-615 router in a cardboard box, it still works so I created a temporary WEP network

you know that the DS servers shutted down right?

They shut down yes, but there are custom servers that are easy to connect to, such as Wiimmfi.

You can connect through Wiimmfi, but you need a WEP connection to be able to play online.
