Hardware Weird Switch internet problems can anyone help me trouble shoot?

I'm getting a weird problem with my internet on the Switch - error problem 2160-8007.
CFW 11.0.1. AMS M.18.1.E
On both wired and wireless connections it "connects" to the internet but then on testing the connection it gives the above error code immediately, no thinking about it. Tinfoil doesn't load up anything.
Also weird is that I can run FTP to connect to my laptop wirelessly and wired, and if I go to the Homebrew app it allows me to download games and apps from there.

I will add that the unit dropped about a foot onto a cardboard box just before this happened, could something be dislodged (I mean in the Switch)?

Can anyone help out?

I bet my problem is to do with the shops going down

Possible that you have serial blanking or mitm DNS. That is why it is returning error code when you use internet test tool. Shops are indeed down.

Thanks man yeah finding new shops was the key! And updating to latest CFW/AMS
