Gaming Weird red lines on screen

I'll start off with some screen shots first just so yous can get an idea of what I mean.

So what's the problem?

I don't see any, so it sounds like the connection between your monitor and PC (or the monitor itself).

I don't see any either. Check the pins on the VGA/DVI cable.

It's almost certainly your monitor that's the problem, cause none of if can see your red lines. Try taking a video of them instead and upload that in case it's related to your graphics card.

Probably your monitor. Our tv had those red lines as well, and failed shortly after they appeared for the first time (screen actually melted on the inside)
