Hacking Weird Problem w/ New3ds

I'm not sure what's going on, but ds games don't seem to work at all. I tried the flash cart on my ds, and it works without issues. I also tried the ds two cart on my o3ds. it doesn't work on that system either, so I'm thinking there's a patch or something causing the problem. both systems r a9lh with luma firmware. please help...

Are you loading luma from a boot menu?

which flash card?
which firmware?
some old version ds flash card are blocked on 3ds firmware above 4.x/6.x
try a new card or install the whitelist cia "bluecardfix" (which not recommend.....)

I figured out the problem. the problem was outdated luma firmware. all works now.
