Gaming weird message

i have had a strange message on my wii.
it says
we have not seen you at work for sometime, hope you come back soon from otto
the message has a picture of a horse trailer, anyone know what it is

somebody you know named "otto" says he hasn't seen you at work, and wants you to come back to work

nope its not as i dont no any ottoplus the message envelope has a picture on it, it looks like its from a game-maybe one i have not played for a while. any thoughts

it is from a game, maybe from animal crossing.
had similar things myself.

games that send messages i know about are:

metroid 3
animal crossing city folk
wii sports
wii sports resort
wii play
toki tori
pokemon farm
mario kart wii
super mario galaxy
bonsai barber

The picture is a postcard from one of the plant clients who is away somewhere.
