after haxchi is installed, can you install cbhc?

First, test Haxchi and see if it works perfectly. After that, dump your NAND and keys: https://gbatemp.net/threads/nand-dumper-create-full-dumps-of-the-nand.465680/. Now, you can install CBHC safely. Never delete the DS game, never move it to a USB device, or you will brick.

If you dont't want to read back and figure out self-hosting, try using sleepii.ovh
It apparently works better than u.drg.li and the other sites.

because if you install hl, youll need cfw to run which requires access to haxchi or homebrew launcher so it wont work

Doesn't work like that for the Wii U. You need to run CFW (mocha/haxchi/...) in order to even access the HBL. Again, try sleepii.ovh if you don't want to try to self-host. (Hit the big EXPLOIT button.)

Note: won't be as reliable as self-hosting, but try it out if you really can't figure out how to self-host with all of the step by step walkthroughs in the posts.

I believe running stuff like homebrew launcher as a channel requires a sig patch/check or whatever its called which can only be acquired via running a firmware (via Haxchi/Mocha/other FW) And to access the firmware you either need HBL to begin with or Haxchii which makes the point of installing HBL through HBL kinda moot. Id say just spent the 7 bucks if you can on brain age

The mii falling alseep is not important. The browser will freeze, yes (when the mii stops moving), but if you've got the correct delta value, your browser screen will begin to fade whitish/greyish before the HBL launches.

Is there a way to boost the chances for it to load? im currently web hosting the sources folder with mongoose with no usb connected

mate, that message with the 0.0.0.0 is perfectly fine. go to your browser on PC and enter localhost as adress, if you get the webpage showing, everything is set up correctly on pc side.
now just go to your wii u browser and enter as adress: http://<your ip>
exchange <your ip> with your actual ip adress of your PC. it should be something like 192.168.1.123 or whatever.
did you even try to open the page on your wii u ? or did you just give up because you have seen 0.0.0.0 after starting the bat ?
again 0.0.0.0 is ok in the python cmd window

Try this, thats what worked for me.

Download and install this: https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.5.4/python-3.5.4-amd64-webinstall.exe

download this zip:


unzip it somewhere.
Now, open a command prompt (search for cmd on the start menu)
type ipconfig to obtain your pc ip address
also in the cmd, navigate to where you unziped that archive
once you are in the right folder, type this into the same cmd: "py -m http.server 8080" (without the quotes)
Allow it to pass the firewall when prompted
Now, on your wii u browser, type http://<YOUR.PC's.IPADDRESS>:8080
Replace <YOUR.PC's.IPADDRESS> with your actual ip address and it should load
