Thats normal. Type in "ipconfig" in another commandpromt to find your ip and use type that in the wiiu browser.

How does one change "delta to 0x03..."?

open the exploit.html with an edito (i used notepad++), look for the line with delta, then you will see what i mean, just change the value from 0x02... to 0x03...

copy the folder from the zip into the python folder then enter the directory over your wii u browser

I got the hosting working, but it seems it was the not working payload.
Now i installed the version SonGoku78 uploaded and now i just get "Directory listing for /" in the web browser.
Console tells me
"Code 404, message File not found
"GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 404-"

What did i do wrong?

Tried to reinstall python, tried deleting browser history, but the same happens for browser on pc.

Just figured out that my delta when self-hosting is 0. Second to last delta to try. Progress! (Using HBL 1.4)

Edit -- Got it! Now to get it twice in a row... Need to do browserhax > mocha > browserhax > savemii
