MicShadow, I'm not sure if you meant you uploaded a newer version over the original 1.43b, however I did try downloading it again but there's still no German option in the Region drop-down menu.

I don't think anyone's confirmed it, but there's no reason why it shouldn't work with the Hg/Ss if you set the distribution flag to "All Games" or "Hg and Ss" and leave the region on English. Keep in mind, though, that your game will appear as clearly tampered with if someone looks deep enough, if it's full of Wonder Cards that aren't technically compatible with it.

Most often, the events are over by the time we get a hold of the wondercard data files

This isn't really the cause. There's more of a case for arguing that Pokesav enables those fake events, as it allows people to actually create their own Wonder Card data and save them as PCDs.

This program only injects different Wonder Cards into the distribution package.

I might have them, but I'm too tired as is is, so I'll look for them after sunrise and once I can think striaght/ manage to get HG/SS to freeze like everyone else keeps saying it's doing. (..is my card immune to another set of AP effects again?) >_>

Many of the wonder cards are still there, but the acutal download section has been in the process of being updated for quite some time now. Until whenever it comes back, a lot of the stuff is downloadable here, on the forums of that same site:

That archive contains a good portion of US events, and a few Japanese ones. The old download section used to have a lot more Japanese events... hopefully those will come back in time. A few of the US ones seem to be missing (like the TRU Dragonite).

That's strange... I downloaded the revised 1.43b shortly after MicShadow uploaded it, and the German listing is there in mine. However I just re-downloaded, and it's gone again. Did the host website revert it to the previous version, for some reason?

Donno. I know it's supports JP HGSS, and also can change language, but I'm not sure if it's really works with the US/EU hgss games. You know, with all the antipiracy and others.. who knows. So I'm just asking, if someone tested it yet.
(um.. sorry for bad english, I'm kinda tired...)
