Hacking WBFS Manager 3.0.1 Problem! Please Help!

Ok. so i used WBFS Manager 3.0 to format my 1 GB USB Drive. As soon as i clicked format it said warning all files will be deleted I clicked yes and then it gave me an error make sure drive is not in use. Kingston (1GB)

I can gurantee it was not in use. And then Nothing. I go to my computer and It says drive cannot be used it need to formated. I click ok and it says windows cannot format the drive. and When i format again WBFS " An Error occured while formatting the drive".

And As of now i cannot use it.

Then i tried it again thinking i did something wrong with my 4 GB SDHC card. (Canon)

EXACT SAME PROBLEM Please help me with making those drives agin
