Hacking wbfs file to hdd

Hi guys

i am new to this forum, i have searched for how to do this but with no luck

ok so i have a wii, with an original wiikeywiikey and softmodded to 4.2 e

i recently found a download for mario galaxy.

it is in wfbs format

i was just wondering how can i copy this file to my wbfs parition on my hard drive

as wbfs loader only lets me view iso files

hope someone can help
