OK I am a bit of a NOOB with the wii backup stuff

What is the best apps to have on your SD card to run your backups?

Is there a wad channel for DVD playback?

what is a channel reset?

How do i downgrade?

What firmware should i be using? I am using 3.3u

how to set to factory default?

Mainly what are the best apps to run?

I also keep getting to the point where my backups look like they are loading but error out "eject disc or cannot read disc"

Please help....
