Hardware Water damaged switch's fan is buzzing

Hi guys,

I successfully repaired a water damaged switch(mariko).
But the fan is buzzing. I already replaced it by another fan.

Both fans are not buzzing in an other switch.

What could cause this?

Lol sorry. Couldn't resist. Make sure connector pins don't have corrosion. Have seen some funky stuff on liquid damaged consoles.

Nothing. I bought this Switch.

It's just buzzing when it's powered off. It's like something is trying not to let the electric power go to/pass through the fan.
