Gaming Was Mario Kart PAL scrubbed?

they say some people are seeing the same issues SSBB (retail) players saw... and they say it's because the retail disc as a DVD9. why was our dump, "Mario_Kart_PAL_WII-MOMENT", only a DVD5? not that i've noticed any issues with it. and i am having issues with a DVD9 copy of SSBB... about to try a pre scrubbed DVD5 copy. Any comments?

The retail of Mario Kart Wii was not DVD9 ... it was DVD5.

I got the origional pal version right here, as far as I can tell, it isn't dual layered.

maybe nintendo started to burn on some dvd's made of cheaper material , and for the press they say its the lens...
sounds weird.
