Hacking Wario: Shake It Infinite Loading screen after Intro movie

And its Shake it, not smooth moves. Can anyone tell me what is casing this? I'm using Gamma and DvD-R, I tried both rebooter and regular and they both work, I'm forced to see the laggy Intro movie)I have it engraved on my head now =) ) and it gets stuck on the "Now Loading Screen"

I have had no problems with warioland shake it. where did you get your iso image from? could be bad/corrupt

Try Verbatim DVD+R out.
