Hacking Wadmanager hangs on 'Initializing libfat, please wait'

Ok, now I have a weird problem... whenever I start Wad Manager 1.3 (both .dol and .wad channel) it hangs at the 'Initializing libfat, please wait' message.
Wadmanager 1.3 for IOS16 works just fine.

The weird thing is that cIOS249 is detected and loaded. IOS249 is ok because I can run softchip and backuploader .3 without any problems.

I already tried reinstalling cIOS249 and removing and installing wad manager 1.3, but nothing seems to work.

Update: formatted my sd card and usb drive.. still hanging...

Any ideas?

Never mind... got it working again

Power off and on didn't help... taking out the power plug and putting it back in did.. Weird!

Super old topic i realize, but i got the libfat error recently because i had my wad folder labeled as "wads" with an "s" at the end. i removed the s making it just wad and it ran fine.
