Hacking wad manager wont work

version 1.0: wont work. i named a wad "title.wad" it wont work

version 2.1: says its not a valid wii application

im gettin so pissed the fuck off, whats going on? how do i install wads? once again, can someone tell me how to step by step, google wont help either!

i mean wad installer, im using it through wii wad channel. i tried version 1.1 and it wont install any wads, it keeps saying theres an error

Need some more info...
- What system menue are you on (firmware) example: 3.2U
- Do you Have the Homebrew Channel Installed?
- What cIOS if any do you have installed...
- Whose cIOS is it? Example: Waninkoko's or Patchmii....
- Are any errors appearing on the screen?... If so what are they? (Exact error number needed...) Example: ret=-116
