Hacking WAD Manager v1.3 in wad-file?

Hi! I want the WAD Manager v1.3 in wad-file so i can click into it on Wii Channel.

The files i want as a wad is:

WAD Manager v1.3
MPlayer (Not MPlayerWii)
GeckoOS (newest)

That is all i want, i tried the search buttom but not find something...
