Hacking Wad manager error -1009

I try to install shop channel v20 and news channel v7 and it's show this error ?
I never got this error on other console. but this happen on this one.

Who know what this error mean? and how to fix it

It is a read failure, perhaps re-format the sd card and re-copy the files over... Also, which wad manager are you using?
