Hacking wad install gone wrong

ok i made my own wad with own pictures but installed on wii and it has tetris pictures on my wad like the wiiware tetris game i have never installed tetris or have any tetris images on pc so how did they manage to get in my wad im using wadder

this is not a tetris wad as it has backup launcher in it and my own music

ok figured this out i think there was some sort of error when running wadder prob my fault as it works now and before anyway i presume the base wad file is tetris and for some reason my images were not being used and so the default ones were for tetris this is only a guess
