Kay so, I've already been fiddling around with this problem for about an hour. It started with my M3i, but I'll deal with that later.

My iEDGE seems to have lost it's bootstrap. I reformatted both my microSD cards today and since then I can't get either of my carts to boot.

My iEDGE doesn't show the ROM 0363 that was used to install the bootstrap like it used to. It says "visit blablabla.cn for instructions". So I tried to install the bootstrap like I did when I originally got it. No dice. No red flashing led, no sudoku image on reboot (mind you I've never seen this mysterious built-in LED, even when I got it originally and successfully updated the bootstrap).

WTF do I do? I'm so stumped.

i think... i got the same problem on first use too..

but when i use my old 64mb non-sdhc card... and boom it flashed finally..

but after the update.. the SDHC cards are now usable.. damn?
